What truly matters is how much of it we experience in good health
Now, consider this: If you live only for the weekends, thatโs just about ๐,๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ of real enjoyment.
And on top of that if you are ๐ข๐ง ๐ฉ๐จ๐จ๐ซ ๐ก๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก, the number of your good fulfilling days shrinks even further.
So the life feels quite short and depressing this way.
I think a better prospective is: life is neither short nor is it long, those are subjective interpretations we make.
What truly matters is how much of it we experience in good health and make everyday of these 4000 weeks - a fun experience living.
And if you take a good care of yourself, everyday, in all dimensions (physically, mentally, emotionally), then these 4K weeks are likely to become 6K.
